Cara Mengatasi Penyakit Aritmia - Tahukah anda.? apakah itu penyakit aritmia.? Penyakit Aritmia adalah masalah pada irama jantung ketika organ tersebut berdetak terlalu cepat, terlalu lambat, atau tidak teratur. Aritmia terjadi karena impuls elektrik yang berfungsi mengatur detak jantung tidak bekerja dengan baik.
Apa Saja Gejala Utama Penyakit Aritmia
Aritmia bisa terjadi tanpa menimbulkan gejala yang disadari oleh penderitanya. Munculnya gejala pun tidak serta-merta menandakan bahwa kondisi jantung yang dialami sangat parah. Gejala yang dapat muncul dan dirasakan antara lain:
- Rasa berdebar di dada
- Detak jantung lebih cepat daripada normal (takikardia)
- Detak jantung lebih lambat daripada normal (bradikardia)
- Kelelahan
- Pusing
- Sesak napas
- Nyeri dada
- Pingsan
Apa Saja Faktor Penyebab Penyakit Aritmia
Berikut merupakan faktor penyebab penyakit aritmia :
- Ketidakseimbangan kadar elektrolit dalam darah. Kadar elektrolit seperti kalium, natrium, kalsium, dan magnesium mampu mengganggu konduksi impuls listrik di jantung, sehingga meningkatkan risiko terjadinya aritmia.
- Penggunaan narkoba. Penggunaan obat-obatan terlarang seperti amfetamin dan kokain dapat memengaruhi kinerja jantung secara langsung sehingga meningkatkan risiko untuk terjadinya fibrilasi ventrikel dan jenis-jenis aritmia yang lain.
- Terlalu banyak mengonsumsi alkohol. Konsumsi alkohol dalam jumlah yang berlebihan mampu memengaruhi impuls listrik jantung sehingga meningatkan risiko terjadinya fibrilasi atrium.
- Terlalu banyak mengonsumsi kafein maupun nikotin (merokok). Kafein dan nikotin menyebabkan jantung berdetak lebih cepat dari normal, dan dapat berkontribusi terjadap terjadinya aritmia.
- Gangguan kelenjar tiroid. Kelenjar tiroid yang terlalu aktif atau kurang aktif mampu meningkatkan risiko terjadinya aritmia.
